Jonathon Bloomfield is an analytical chemist, turned teacher, turned web developer, turned founder. He teaches, he codes, he teaches coders and he codes for teachers like himself through Scooli, a company he started last year to help teachers beyond just himself and his colleagues. It's his first time in Edmonton and it's all thanks to the support of the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance with whom he's participated in 2 pre-incubator entrepreneurship programs in the last year.

Kelise Williams is on a mission to revolutionize the migration and newcomer settlement experience in Canada. As a newcomer herself, her personal experience fuels a deep-seated drive to enrich the immigrant journey by providing enhanced access to resources. She is the founder of UpRow and envisions a future where UpRow becomes a catalyst for the betterment of every immigrant in Canada, forging pathways to success and fostering a more inclusive and supportive community.
